  • Earners are Griffith's researcher, Early Career Researchers or experienced Higher Degree Research Candidates
  • Earner has completed mentor onboarding and program preparation activities
  • Earner has supported one or more assigned mentees throughout the mentoring period
  • Earner has established mentoring goals and expectations with their mentee(s)
  • Earner has shared expertise in coding, computational research, digital research methods, data analysis, research software, AI-assisted programming, or related eResearch topics to support mentee development
  • Earner has actively participated in mentoring meetings and maintained ongoing engagement throughout the program
  • Earner has guided mentee(s) in the application of coding, computational, or eResearch skills to their own research projects
  • Earner has contributed to a supportive and collaborative learning environment by providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback
  • Earner has completed and submitted required mentor reflections and program feedback activities
  • Earner has met the minimum mentoring participation requirements of the eResearch Coding Mentorship Program, with successful completion verified by the Program Coordinator
