Earning Criteria

• Demonstrated competency across the content including knowledge and application of principles of business and corporations law.
• Knowledge of the Australian legal system including sources of law, the role of legislation and the common law, the jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts and the role of the Courts in dispute resolution. Demonstrated understanding of the key legal principles of: contract law and tort and consumer protection law; creation and operation of different forms of business organisations; legal regulation of companies and limited liability; corporate governance and decision making.
