Earning Criteria

• Module 1-Introduction to Becoming a Transformational Leader: Lead Yourself First: Topics include the connection between personality and leadership, overcoming leadership bias through the use of MBTI, how to lead others by first leading yourself and the the neuro-psychology of leadership.
• Module 2-Building and Leading High-performance Teams: Topics include high-performing teams are RARE in workplaces...why?, what's broken and how do I fix it? and what's next?...developing an action plan.
• Module 3-Understanding How Decisions Impact Bottom-line Financial Results: Topics include the principles of finance, learning the key tools in financial management and analyzing investment decisions.
• Module 4-Driving Results by Optimizing Organizational Performance: Topics the challenges to establishing a culture for optimizing operational performance, the identification and applications of different approaches, tools, and techniques to optimizing operational performance, the importance and process of establishing a metrics that accurately measures operational performance over time.
• Module 5-Leading and Managing Organizational Change and Complexities: Topics include differentiation between leading and managing, leading organizational change, the role of agility in organizational change and the importance of strategy in change initiatives.
