The Executive Leadership Program is tailored for GS-11 to GS-13 level leaders, with an emphasis on “Leading People." The curriculum is aligned with the current Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and integrates classroom instruction, action learning projects, and individualized developmental assignments. Together, these elements equip participants with the skills and experiences needed to excel in senior leadership roles.

Earning Criteria

Training consists of four one-week live sessions. While continuing in their current roles, the participants follow a nine-month program that includes creating a personalized leadership development plan and engaging in a variety of developmental assignments. Each participant joins an experiential learning team designed to strengthen leadership skills, foster collaboration, and provide a forum for addressing real-world challenges facing today’s leaders.
