Issued by
Georgian College
In this micro-credential, students learn about virtual reality and how to use it in their teaching practice. VR is an experiential learning medium where students can practice processes/complete tasks or experience what it’s like to “walk a mile in someone else’s shoes”. Students explore the use of VR in the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains, and, as educators, develop an understanding of its pedagogical potential. Students are required to have a VR headset to take this course.
