Upon completion of four required modules and all accompanying coursework, badge earners have demonstrated coaching proficiency at the ACC level, aligning with the ICF competency requirements. Our coaches are equipped to conduct high-impact conversations that support organizations and individuals in building resilience and high-quality results. These individuals apply active listening, coaching presence, and ethical conduct to advance the profession of coaching and support clients.

Earning Criteria

Apply and be accepted to EXPLORE cohort, complete program and fulfill ICF requirements for ACC certification. If contract course application is completed within partner organization

Assessment of one coach recordings by mentor coach

Completion of full EXPLORE coursework (4 modules); 75 Coach Education hours

Complete observed coaching sessions and three one-on-one mentor coaching sessions

Completion of 14 pro-bono coaching hours for program and proceed to ICF certification requirements
