To earn this recognition, individuals must participate in a TLC Teaching Square during a semester, collaborating with a cross-disciplinary group to establish norms and observe each member’s teaching. They attend planning and reflection meetings, reflect on their own teaching for improvement, and contribute to a supportive, collegial environment that promotes shared learning and growth.
