Recognizes faculty and staff who participate in a Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) reading group at SUNY Geneseo. Participants engage in collaborative, discussion-based exploration of scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) to deepen pedagogical knowledge, reflect on practice, and build a community of educators committed to teaching excellence.

Earning Criteria

To earn this recognition, individuals must participate in a TLC-sponsored reading group during a semester, engaging in discussions of a selected SoTL text. They complete readings, contribute meaningfully to dialogue, reflect on how insights inform their practice, and help foster a collegial, respectful environment for shared inquiry and learning.
