Earning Criteria

To earn this recognition, individuals must participate in the TLC New Faculty Institute over an academic year, attending bi-weekly sessions on teaching, advising, student support, and institutional practices. They engage in activities that support integration into the Geneseo community, connect with campus resources and colleagues, and reflect on teaching and academic responsibilities as part of ongoing professional development.
