Earning Criteria

To earn this recognition, individuals must have served as a TLC Faculty Mentor for at least one academic year, mentoring a newer faculty member across disciplines. They must engage in professional development to strengthen mentoring skills, support mentees’ transition into Geneseo, and uphold values of confidentiality, professionalism, and a protégé-driven approach.
