Facilitators design and guide sustained, collaborative inquiry around a scholarly teaching and learning topic, fostering reflective practice, shared expertise, and a supportive professional learning environment.

Earning Criteria

To earn this recognition, individuals must design and coordinate a Faculty Learning Community focused on a scholarly teaching topic, facilitating regular meetings over at least a semester. They create structures for collaborative inquiry, guide participants in exploring and applying pedagogical practices, and foster an inclusive, collegial environment that supports ongoing professional learning and community building.
