SUNY Geneseo specific leadership development program created for cross divisional leadership training, skill building and experiential learning. This program is currently for employees at the College who are in leadership and management positions. The program is structured in three distinct phases which spreads over a three-year timeframe with the expectation that participants continue their learning in an on-going and infinite manner.
