Earners of this badge will have the skills to provide clerical support to a medical practice. Earners will be proficient in keyboarding skill, understand how to create business documents, understand medical terms, able to properly answer incoming calls, greet patients, check patients in/out, file medical paperwork and be the point person for any administrative needs. Earners must pass the following classes with an A- or better.
