The earner of this badge is able to describe the role and function of the Addiction Services Professional; able to articulate the fundamentals of the field of Addition Services and the components which build a healthy client-counselor relationship; able to analyze and perform the theory and practice of counseling. Students participate in a semester long Service Learning project which provides an opportunity to engage in applied learning in the field of Addiction Services.
