The Cultural Diversity and Growth Mindset MicroCredential is designed for pre-service teachers to develop, demonstrate, and communicate competencies in cultural perspectives and growth mindset that are necessary to better engage and support P-12 students in diverse school settings.

Earning Criteria

This credential signifies the completion of a module that identify and evaluate how cultural perspectives and growth mindset influence classroom instruction and interactions; (2) observe and evaluate impact of cultural perspectives and growth mindset in a classroom setting; and (3) create, deliver, and reflect on a learning activity that incorporates competencies in cultural diversity.
