Earning Criteria

Attend two full days (16 hours) of face-to-face training.

Complete Task A - Meet with a team member to discuss their assigned goals and discuss the alignment of these goals to Freo strategic priorities. Ensure SMART goals are established and set up a regular cadence to track progress.

Complete Task B - At a team meeting present an outline of Freo Groups purpose statement, Mission and strategic priorities. Connect with the audience to illustrate how the strategic priorities relate to their day to day and how their work contributes to Freo achieving these priorities.

Present workplace challenge tasks to their coach during a scheduled 90-minute coaching session.
