Empathy Allies - Survivors of Power-Based Violence

This badge is designed to help participants improve their ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the classroom, on campus, and in our greater community for people who have experienced power-based violence. Participants analyze how culture shapes ideas, explore cultural histories and biases, link these to power dynamics, and develop conversational skills to engage on race and ethnicity.

Earning Criteria

The badge is awarded to FCC faculty, staff, and students who have successfully completed all of the modules. Participants will have attended at least 3 of the 4 synchronous classes, with alternatives possible to make up the 4th.
