This badge is awarded to FCC faculty, staff, and students who have completed the modules. The badge is designed to help participants improve their ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the classroom, on campus, and in our greater community for people who have a disability. Participants analyze how culture shapes ideas, explore individual histories and biases, link these to power dynamics, and develop conversational skills to engage on race and ethnicity.
