LabLaunch: Completion of Lab Technician Internship
Earners of the LabLaunch badge have completed a paid 6-week lab technician internship at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center where they have been trained to perform various technical procedures within research and clinical laboratories. They have also received training in various soft skills including teamwork, communication, professionalism, problem solving and ethical behavior in the workplace.

Complete the LabLaunch in-person lab tech internship by working 40 hours a week for 6 weeks in a mentor lab. Learn technical skills performed in the mentor lab. Attend weekly professional development sessions. Present your work in a poster session.
