Completed 2,000 hours of on-the-job training that includes weekly Success Coach meetings, mentor/manager progress checks, and quarterly review boards with the apprentice's executive-level staff.

Completed a minimum of 144 hours of technical instruction. Prepared to sit for nationally-recognized technology certifications.

Completed 50 hours of professional development in leadership, time management, effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and career planning with a Success Coach to enhance personal and professional achievement.

Passed formal technical certification exams from leading training organizations including Microsoft, CompTIA, and others.
Standards
Franklin Skills has Federal and State-level apprenticeship registration that enable the successful delivery of the Data Analyst apprenticeship.
