Earners can define the different steps in the development process, identify the role of Micro-Credentials in higher education, and apply what they have learned to effectively deliver and assess an educational experience aligned to a Micro-Credential.

Earning Criteria

  • Complete review of the Micro-Credential resource guide and related assessment.
  • Successful completion of the required forms for Micro-Credential development, including Proposal and Assessment Forms.
  • Submission of the required assessment debrief form upon completion of first badge iteration.
  • Successful completion of an open-ended quiz assessment.
  • Successful completion of a final reflection addressing the connection between aligning Micro-Credentials to a course or educational experience and the impact on learners.
