Developed within the Global Forensic and Justice Center, this badge recognizes competency in explaining and properly applying forensically sound methodologies, tools, and techniques used in the collection, preservation and processing of digital evidence. Earners can explain concepts relating to digital evidence; create forensic images using correct methodologies and tools; and locate and extract artifacts of forensic significance from digital devices using forensically methods.
