The Leading Inclusively workshop is designed for our managers and leaders to enhance their ability to role model inclusive behavior and create a sense of belonging for members of their teams. This session helps leaders understand where they are on their journey as inclusive leaders, their unique position as role models for inclusive behavior, and what they can do practically to build an equitable and inclusive culture in their teams and across Fitch.
