An internationally recognized Certified Personal Trainer certificate - ACE, PTA Global, NASM, FISAF, NFPT, NCSF, IFPA, ISSA etc

Total 21-hours, including the Fundamentals of Kettlebells Level 1 & 2 (14-hrs)

Demonstrate advance fitness level by completing the 5-mins Single Arm KB Snatch (min 50 reps) and 5-mins Double Arm Long Cycle (min 35 reps) within an hour (12kg for Females and 16kg for Males), at the end of the training course
