Critical Thinking - This class explores common barriers in making rational decisions for problem solving and steps that lead to a more effective problem solving process. Participants will apply problem solving processes to situations found in the work setting.

Personality Styles - During this class, participants will complete a self-assessment that will determine their personality style. They will also discuss differences between types and how to work with all different styles.

Presentation Skills Part I and II - Online module reviewing presentation skills and the process for designing a presentation. Part II is an in-person demonstration of the presentation you created.

Stress Management - This class discusses ways we can build a healthy response to situations where people, places and things make us feel out of control. We will also discuss ways to decrease the impact of detrimental stress through a practice with relaxation response and develop a stress reduction action plan.

Time Management - online module - It's not enough that you are busy - but what are you busy doing? Learn to use a priority matrix to analyze how you spend your time. Explore time "wasters" and techniques to manage each.

Cultural and Religious Sensitivity - online module - This provides the student with the opportunity to reflect on their own personal cultural beliefs and bias and differentiate between stereotyping and making a cultural generalization. Three cultural and three religious character scenarios are presenting, allowing the student to choose cultural and religious sensitive responses.

First Impressions Matter - online module - This course emphasizes the importance of making a great impression and teaches verbal and non-verbal elements of communication that contribute to doing so.

Goal Setting - online module - Introduction to the fundamentals of goal-setting; purpose, definition, and elements of a goal; how to set goals and tips on goal achievement.

Just Culture - Explore how a 'Just Culture' enhances patient safety by creating a learning culture within the organization. A Just Culture is achieved by treating mistakes, at-risk behaviors, and reckless behavior appropriately and fairly, improving systems to prevent mistakes and emphasizing personal responsibility throughout the organization.
