Topics include voice switching and control system (VSCS) theory of operations; physical and functional descriptions of hardware, software and system configuration database concepts; system reconfiguration tasks; diagnostic checks and maintenance procedure; system and module line replaceable unit (LRU) fault isolation; system fault mitigation procedures; and system and module (LRU) level troubleshooting.
