Earning Criteria

All participants complete a baseline assessment prior to the experience. This kickstarts their inner awareness and enables coaches to personalize the workshop.

Participants complete a strategic mix of keynotes, practicals, breakout discussions, workshops, and recharge breaks guided by Exos coaches and related to one of the four science-backed principles of working better together: psychological safety as a core component of positive team dynamics.

Each participant creates a go-forward Gameplan that helps them apply what they experienced into their workdays and team. They also take home a printed booklet that recaps key information and strategies related to the one principle and helps them apply what they learned in the future.

The one-day immersive experience was created by Exos’s leading experts in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and movement.
Exos mindset coaches join organizational teams on their turf to explore and practice groundbreaking strategies — ones that are scientifically-proven to improve how humans, teams, and workplace cultures function.
A week after the one-day immersive event, the team lead receives a synthesis of all qualitative and quantitative data gathered during the event (via surveys and organic discussions). This is sent with a customized recommendation on where to shift focus in order to balance employee wellbeing and business objectives.
