Upskilling for an Inclusive Future is a 5 modules and multi-faceted program based on insights from the latest thinking in behavioral science to develop Ericsson leaders and key individual contributors as role models and practitioners of Inclusive Leadership across the organization. This program is created and led by Ericsson and by Dr Grace Lordan, founding director of The Inclusion Initiative at the London School of Economics.
