1). Determined which situations (taking the customer need, costs and resources into consideration) where executing with speed was more important than executing with quality and diligence 2). Clearly defined roles and responsibilities within the project execution process as early and as often as possible 3). Established a collective purpose/vision for each project and made sure everyone was aligned 4). Empowered teams and colleagues to work with greater speed and urgency when necessary
