The Early Career Program for Ericsson (2021 - 2023) is an 18-month acceleration program designed for next generation leaders to fast track their career and develop them to take on critical positions going forward. Participants have equipped themselves with skills and knowledge to manage change and translate strategy into action as future leaders of the company.

Earning Criteria

Earners completed the key learning modules such as Introduction to Ericsson, Emerging Market and Established Market.
Earners completed three job rotations, including at least an international assignment.
Earners completed relevant Ericsson leadership and career development programs such as: Leader’s Core Curriculum, Ericsson on the Move, Design Your Future.
Earners completed a strategic team assignment and designed a project presentation.
