The NextGen Advisory Board (NAB) is a 12-month assignment where a diverse team of NextGen talents actively participate in the executive agenda of Ericsson and provide innovative perspectives that support our transformation journey. The main objective of the NextGen Advisory Board is to create impact by driving, implementing and presenting findings on strategic projects for the Executive Team and other key stakeholders.
