This badge is awarded for successfully completing Mobile Networks Tech Leaders Program. It provides a broader view of Ericsson and involves discussions with Executive Leaders about technology strategies & outlook, sharing of technology disciplines and engaging with customers. Includes skill development in Persuasive Communication Techniques & Systematic Innovation Management via external courses. It also provides an opportunity to accomplish a 3-month rotation to a technology area of choice.

Earning Criteria

Candidates are nominated to the program by Business area Network’s Technical Leaders Advisory Board. The participant must hold a Senior Technical role at Ericsson. Participants are required to share their own technical area to the program audience. Program requirements include participating in 15-20 learning sessions over a period of one year.
