This exclusive program provides the participants a broader view of Ericsson to be able to be more impactful in their tech leadership roles. It involves in-depth discussions with Executive Leaders about technology strategies and overall technology outlook. Program’s dedicated workshops give participants the opportunity to reflect on what it means to be a technical leader.

Earning Criteria

Nominated to the program by Business area Network’s Technical Advisory Board. The participant must hold a Senior Technical role at Ericsson. Participants are required to share their own technical area to the program audience. Program requirements include participating in 15-20 learning sessions over a period of one year.
