The 16-week leadership badge program consists of 8 bi-weekly 90-minute interactive sessions covering leadership foundations, emotional intelligence, communication and influence, team building and collaboration, decision-making and problem-solving, change management, coaching and mentoring, and leadership in action, complemented by 8 corresponding learning modules that participants must complete.

Scenario-based assessment to evaluate the application and mastery of key leadership concepts covered throughout the program. Participants must effectively analyze and respond to a comprehensive leadership scenario

Two months after program completion, direct managers will be surveyed to validate the on-the-job application of learned leadership skills, including strategic vision, team leadership, influencing abilities, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making. Upon satisfactory manager validation through the post-program survey, an official digital Leadership Badge certification from Credly with be issued.
