Holders of the Innovation Champion badge are organisers and active members of the Innovation Community at Endava. This involves driving the knowledge of the capability at a local and regional level and contributing to the Global Capability. They deliver local or regional knowledge-sharing sessions, help with integration and be able to help accounts that need support in fostering an Innovation culture.
