Acuity Institute’s Lean Six Sigma Champion course has been designed to teach Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and its application. Lean Six Sigma Champions form an important part of a Lean Six Sigma deployment. As projects are executed, the organization will need support from its Executives and Project Sponsors. This course is designed to teach Senior Leaders how to be effective in deploying and supporting Lean Six Sigma within their organization.

Earning Criteria

Champions are trained on the basic Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and its application. The course includes 7 lessons and a closing survey. Training is conducted online and uses a multi-media format that includes audio by Lean Six Sigma experts. The course is “self-paced” and can be accessed at any time – and – anywhere. On average, students complete the course in 8 hours.

Council for Six Sigma

Acuity Institute is accredited as an Approved Registered Provider by the Council for Six Sigma Certification (SSC). This accreditation assures each certification includes Lean Six Sigma concepts, tools and techniques considered to be the standard of Champion and Sponsors within the Council’s Body of Knowledge.

Project Management Institute - PDUs
