Earning Criteria
-
Badge earners participated in eight half-day interactive learning workshops. The workshops required high levels of engagement with program material and with other participants and were designed and facilitated by seasoned leaders from several universities and colleges who contributed a breadth of experience and perspective. Badge earners kept personal learning journals to track their feelings and their growth throughout the program.
-
Badge earners participated satisfactorily in a series of one-on-one coaching sessions. Coaches were assigned from the program leadership team, and coaching focused on individual capabilities and objectives, examining strengths and development opportunities, and using foresight planning to frame future goals and envision pathways for achieving desired personal and career outcomes.
-
Badge earners worked in triads to complete research and practical assignments to apply program concepts in real-world situations and through the sustained examination of a case study. Triad membership was frequently shuffled, enabling participants to form working relationships with a diverse range of colleagues. The participant presented assignment outputs to the full program cohort at each half-day interactive learning workshop.
