This badge recognizes service on the EDUCAUSE IT Service Owners in Higher Education Working Group. Working group members served as subject matter experts and met biweekly in order to present a model for organizing service ownership and management responsibilities to improve higher education IT organizational effectiveness. The outcome was a collboratively published paper.
