Engaged in and completed a 6-hour leadership seminar on how to support education pilots and successfully scale, to create a process for implementing adaptive courseware, to leverage others to scale and influence your innovation strategy, and to learn about adaptive courseware as a scaling academic innovation.

Develop an innovation plan that defines success goals, describes assessment techniques, fits with institutional strategic plans, identifies key participants such as faculty, and includes a clear and realistic timeline for the project.
