Badge earners are leaders within the EDUCAUSE community who have served on the EDUCAUSE Board of Directors. Board members are responsible for organizational governance of the association and the board; for assuring executive performance; and for providing an essential linkage with the membership. Board members set association strategic directions and advance EDUCAUSE and higher education IT by tackling difficult issues and problems, exploring traditional and nontraditional ways to address them.

Earning Criteria

Serve as a member of the EDUCAUSE Board of Directors and perform duties toward the governance of the Association.
Meet several times annually and serve on subcommittees, task forces or perform other related assignments during their tenure.
