MIST: Online Immersive Mathematics Facilitation

Facilitators led nine 2.5-hour sessions, where teachers worked collaboratively on problems that deepened their own mathematical content knowledge, engaged in reflection, and made connections to their teaching practices. Facilitators also worked with teachers to develop a community of practice with other teachers across the country. As part of a research project, facilitators helped the MIST project develop a model for virtual PD.
