In this 15 month program, Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program awardees support participants from local implementing agencies (LIAs) to form an improvement team and collaborate with national experts, Home Visiting Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network (HV CoIIN) improvement advisors, and peers from across the country to test and implement changes in an identified topic area.

Earning Criteria

Engage in a three-month preparatory period to build capacity to offer guidance and coaching to LIA Participants over the course of the HV CoIIN.

Attend three virtual learning sessions (6 hours each) to support LIA Participants as they learn, practice, and apply CQI skills to topic area content.

Attend monthly 90 minutes Community of Practice to peer share and support skills building on CQI methods including coaching

Attend monthly 90-minute action period calls where LIA Participants engage in peer-sharing about ongoing tests of change in their topic area.

Review monthly LIA submissions and provide feedback.

Complete coaching log and submit it to improvement advisor each month.
