Earning Criteria

Earners must demonstrate coaching methodology through an exhibition centered on communication, organization, and the creation of their moral identity as part of the coaching philosophy. Completion and participation in the SMGT 406 Theory and Techniques of Coaching course, and a score higher than 80 on the competition rubric is required.
