Earning Criteria

Selection for participation in Lead at Dexus is contingent upon individuals assuming roles as people leaders and demonstrating influence over projects or groups within Dexus. Participants have a requirement to demonstrate a high level of stakeholder management, people leadership skills, self-leadership capabilities, and resilience across our organisation.
One full day attendance as well as completion of pre-work.
