To successfully complete the Excel with Dell program, participants must be accepted through an application process. Once they are admitted, they must meet a minimum criteria to warrant receiving their credential: 1 Buddy Group Conversation, 3 Mentor Conversations, 1 Mock Interview, 1 Networking Event, 4 Professional Development Sessions
