The course objective is to provide the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of a public affairs practitioner at the operational level. Particular emphasis is on preparing public affairs professionals who will be performing duties as part of a deployed Joint Task Force.

Earning Criteria

The methods of assessment include case studies, written papers, examinations, presentations, performance rubrics (checklists) with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, case studies, discussions, computer-based training, practical exercises, lecture, and classroom exercises.
