The course objective is to provide the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of a public affairs/communication strategy practitioner at the operational level. Students will receive training in communication analysis and plans in support of the commander's objectives.

The methods of assessment include case studies, written papers, examinations, presentations, and performance rubrics (checklists) with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.
