CON 370: Advanced Cost and Price Analysis (CON 370)

The course leads students to a deeper understanding of defense acquisition policy; the factors effecting price comparability; and quantitative analysis techniques. Topics include business microeconomics; interpreting and shaping regulatory policy; data normalization; forecasting techniques; Monte Carlo risk analysis, linear, nonlinear, and multivariate regression techniques; breaks in production; and cost improvement curve methodologies such as the unit and cumulative average formulations.
