CON 127: Contract Management (CON 127)

The course provides knowledge necessary to identify and utilize appropriate performance metrics when evaluating contractors. Students will explore performance assessment strategies and remedies for contractual non-compliance, how to make and price contract changes after award, handle disputes, contract termination, and finally how to close out completed contracts. Credit may only be received for this course by additionally completing CON 121 (DAU-0196) and CON 124 (DAU-0197).
