CMQ 231: Data Collection and Analysis Application (CMQ 231)

The course teaches the importance of data collection and analysis, types of data to collect, and how to analyze data, enabling the Quality Assurance Specialist to use the results of analysis in performing risk based surveillance. Government quality assurance personnel will build upon prior instruction and gain hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, collation, and dissemination. Credit may only be received by additionally completing CMQ 131 (DAU-0225).

Earning Criteria

The methods of assessment include presentations, case studies, and performance rubrics (checklists) with a minimum passing score of 80 percent.

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, case studies, practical exercises, learner presentations, lecture, discussion, and classroom exercises.
